Every surgical fee at Dr. Sturm's practice is built around the individual patient, not a flat rate. Several factors shape the final number Dr. Sturm provides at your consultation:

A Note About Insurance Coverage

Our practice is a self-pay facility and does not participate directly with insurance plans. Although we are considered out-of-network and do not submit or manage insurance claims, many patients can still receive partial reimbursement, depending on their individual benefits.

In some cases, medically necessary portions of care may be eligible for reimbursement. As we do not have an insurance department, patients are responsible for submitting any claims to their insurance provider independently. Payment is due at the time of service.
