Tonia Labbe leads the Nehemiah Center, supporting children and families from pre-K through college. Her career began in education, inspired by her mother’s encouragement to teach. After starting in Louisiana, she moved to Houston, where she taught middle school and eventually joined the Nehemiah Center.
Tonia’s interests extend beyond education. Her passion for wine began during a Napa Valley trip and grew into a business, No Cork Whisperer, where she hosts wine tastings. She also empowers her daughter to make informed wine choices and enjoys curating her father’s collection.
